Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 1, 2026 // Version 4.2

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your acquisition, commission, and use of advertising, creative production, and web engineering services provided by LGEN AGENCY LLC ("Agency", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing checkout via Paystack, executing a project contract, or accessing our client analytics portal, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Advertising Services & Production Sprints

LGEN AGENCY provides full-funnel digital advertising and creative services across social media networks (including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn) and high-performance web development platforms.

  • Sprint Delivery: Initial batches of creative video assets, ad copies, and campaign architectures are delivered within contractual turnaround windows (typically 24 to 48 hours for sprint tiers).
  • Client Approvals: Client shall review and provide approval or revision directives within 48 business hours of asset delivery to maintain sprint momentum.

2. Billing & Paystack Gateway Terms

All transactions are settled securely through our authorized payment partner, Paystack.

  • Currencies: Invoices and automated transactions are charged in USD or specified regional currencies at real-time settlement rates.
  • Monthly Sprints: Monthly advertising retainers are billed in advance on a 30-day recurring sprint cycle unless canceled in writing with 14 days' notice prior to renewal.
  • Direct Ad Spend: Ad spend budget deployed directly to third-party ad networks (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google) is billed directly by those platforms to Client's payment method and is separate from LGEN AGENCY agency management fees.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon complete settlement of agreed fees, Client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of all final video masters, ad copy variations, graphic assets, and custom frontend codebase authored for Client during the term of engagement. LGEN AGENCY retains rights to display non-confidential deliverables in portfolio case studies.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Performance Guarantee

LGEN AGENCY adheres strictly to documented performance standards:

  • Response SLA: Dedicated client Slack channels receive agency principal responses within 4 hours during standard operational days.
  • Revision Guarantees: Creative packages include designated revision rounds to guarantee aesthetic alignment with Client brand standards.

5. Automated Notifications via Resend

Client consents to receive formal transactional notifications, Paystack settlement receipts, and campaign kickoff briefings via our automated email dispatch infrastructure powered by Resend.
